Knowledge discovery and visualization methods for textual data

This is a bilateral collaboration project between the Faculty of Computer and Information Science at University of Ljubljana and Institut de recherche en informatique et systemes aleatoires - IRISA, Université RENNES 1 (prof. Annie Morin). The collaboration will focus on research bridging text mining and visualization, with expected practical implementations (Orange) and applications in the area of bioinformatics.
