The project's objective is to select the appropriate platform and create an efficient protocol for wireless transmission of medical data with minimal delay permitting real-time data transmission. It is necessary to take into account the battery power constraints, potential patient movement, which indirectly specify the requirement for high reliability of data transmission by the communication device. High reliability is required in order to monitor the patient's vital functions in the post-intensive care.
