• V2-2534 - Improving the Resilience of Organizations and Individuals to Human Vectors of Cyber Attacks and Identifying Non-Obvious Psychological Mechanisms of Coercion
The Client : ( V2-2534 )
Project type: Research projects ARRS
Project duration: 2025 - 2027
  • Description

The project addresses the challenges related to human vectors of cyber attacks, with a particular focus on identifying and mitigating non-obvious psychological mechanisms of coercion. Its goal is to strengthen the resilience of individuals and organizations against such attacks through open-source intelligence gathering, development of a vulnerability assessment model, simulated attacks, and targeted training. In the first phase, the project will assess the exposure of a selected sample of individuals, followed by the development of a vulnerability model, tailored training activities, and a repeated assessment to evaluate training effectiveness. The project also includes knowledge transfer to relevant units of the Ministry of Defence and the preparation of guidelines for broader use in the defence, critical infrastructure, and civilian contexts. Project is funded by ARIS and Slovene MOD.
