The mission of EuroCC 2 is to continue establishing a network of National Competence Centers for High Performance Computing, while continuing to address differences in the maturity of HPC usage across Europe. The centers in participating countries coordinate activities in related areas and serve as a focal point for HPC experts, users from industry, science, and the general public. The main goal is to encourage collaboration, exchange of best practices and knowledge at the European level and to improve national and thus European capabilities.
