We would like to inform our students that the Coordination Group of the Faculty of Computer and Information Science (UL FRI) took note of the decree of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Slovenia on declaring the epidemic, which came into force on March 12, 2020, and adopted the following actions:

• Movement on the premises of the Faculty of Computer and Information Science is limited. No students are allowed to enter the faculty premises.
• UL FRI follows the actions of the Rectorate of the University of Ljubljana from March 11, 2020 to subsitute pedagogical work and teaching that is usually done in person with e-learning. All the instructions on the implementation of each course are provided by the contractors via e-Classroom.
• UL FRI Student Affairs Office is available to students via e-mail studinfo@fri.uni-lj.si and during office hours (Monday to Friday, 10.30am to 12.30pm) by telephone: 01-479-8121 and 01-479-8273 (undergraduate) and 01-479-8274 (graduate). We ask students to prioritize communication via email.
• Dipoma, masters or doctoral thesis defences will not be carried out until further notice.

We urge students to adhere to the above measures and to follow the instructions issued by the competent state institutions (NIJZ, Ministry of Health) regarding public health.

The measures shall be valid until 30 March 2020 and shall be extended as necessary.
