Ondřej Král has an academic background in mathematics and computer science from Charles University in Prague and currently works as an AI Engineer at IBM, specializing in artificial intelligence, operations research, and quantum computing across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe. As an IBM Senior Quantum Ambassador, he actively promotes and contributes to the quantum technology ecosystem.
Aleš Gros currently leads the IBM Client Engineering team for Central and Southeastern Europe. The team is responsible for evaluating IBM solutions for clients. Part of his tasks is also the development of young technical experts. Aleš was also a mentor to start-up companies in the ABC Accelerator. Aleš worked at IBM in various international and local functions and projects, such as architect for large computer systems, architect for global system integrators, head of architects for Central and Eastern Europe, leader for business partner dedicated team in Eastern Europe, etc. He is a certified Open Group Distinguished Architect and is an IBM Quantum Ambassador. As an IBM Quantum Ambassador, he lectured on Quantum solutions and technology at various events in Slovenia and in the wider region.
