Requests for repeat enrolment in the same year, enrolment in a subsequent year in exceptional cases and extension of student status for legitimate reasons may be submitted between 1 and 13 September 2021. Requests are made through the STUDIS system.

Before submitting a request, the student should consult the RULES FOR ENROLMENT IN A SUBSEQUENT YEAR AND THE REPEATING OF A YEAR IN EXCEPTIONAL CASES AND THE EXTENSION OF STUDENT STATUS FOR BOLOGNA STUDY PROGRAMMES.
Before submitting your application, also check whether all the grades of the exams taken have been entered in the electronic index. If you find that the grades have not been entered, contact the person in charge of the course.
Students are able to track the various phases of the application process and view the final application processing decision in the STUDIS academic information system. The STUDIS academic information system will publish the requests processed for repeat enrolment in the same year and enrolment in a subsequent year in exceptional cases and extension of student status for justified reasons no later than by Monday 27 September 2021. The final date for the enrolment of students whose applications have been successful is Tuesday 28 September 2021, via system STUDIS.
