We invite you to watch the video recording of Prospective Doctoral Student Day in Computer Science and Informatics, which took place on Wednesday, April 3, 2024. The Prospective Doctoral Student Day was led by the program coordinator, Prof. Dr. Danijel Skočaj. Doctoral students Eva Boneš and Yannick Kuhar presented their reasons for enrollment and the challenges they encounter during their doctoral studies. Opportunities for work in laboratories were presented by Prof. Dr. Vlado Stankovski, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Iztok Lebar Bajec, and Prof. Dr. Danijel Skočaj.


 

The doctoral study is intended for all those who wish to engage in in-depth research and scientific work. The latter is essential for understanding new technologies and approaches, enabling innovations and developmental breakthroughs. With a Doctor of Science degree in Computer Science and Informatics, you can pursue a career both in academia and in the market, as these are the most sought-after skills today. In the video recording of the informational day, you will receive all the information about third-level studies. We will introduce you to the Computer Science and Informatics program, as well as inform you about opportunities for teaching and research work during your studies at the faculty, and about scholarship opportunities.
