Prof. FU Zetian in LI Xinwu (PhD student) iz China Agricultural University (CAU) (Department of Mechatronics at College of Engineering, Beijing, Ljudska Republika Kitajska), bosta na FRI Piškotu predstavila Univerzo in spregovorila o pametnih senzorjih za nadzor hladne verige pri zagotavljanju kvalitete živil.

Research on Real - time Monitoring Technology for Cold Fresh Chicken Quality

Povzetek:

Food quality of fresh chicken is very important and requires constant monitoring with all kind of sensor technologies. However, there are open challenges of to develop new sensors. The presentation  includes the production of sensing equipment and preliminary test results of developing a wireless smart gas sensor based on inkjet printing technology and high-frequency RFID wireless communication technology. This sensor has the advantages of low cost, small size, high precision, and is suitable for integration in retail food packaging. Then, through integration of the paper-based printed sensing technology and modelling to predict the shelf life of fresh chicken precisely and accurately during cold chain is going to be presented.
