Opis

Sem učitelj, asistent in raziskovalec na Fakulteti za računalništvo in informatiko. Vodim predavanja in vaje pri predmetih s področja računalniških omrežij in sistemov, nekonvencionalnega računalništva ter programiranja. V zadnjem času svoje raziskave posvečam povezavam med biološkimi sistemi in računalništvom ter uporabe računalniških modelov na področju medicine in biologije. Ukvarjam se z različnimi pristopi k računalniškemu snovanju sintetičnih bioloških sistemov in z zmožnostmi gradnje umetnih bioloških sistemov zmožnih procesiranja podatkov.
